Brian Munin

Managing Director, Investments and Asset Management

Brian Munin is the Managing Director of Investments & Asset Management, responsible for leading theĀ underwriting, structuring, and financing of investment opportunities for the company. Brian joined the company in November 2021.

In previous positions with R2Ā CompaniesĀ and Equity Commonwealth, Mr. Munin managedĀ closed-end real estateĀ funds,Ā capital marketsĀ and acquisitions, and assisted in theĀ takeover of a $6 billion externally managed REIT.Ā 

Brian is a licensed CPA and holds bachelorā€™s and masterā€™s degrees in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and earned an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and Kellogg Real Estate Alumni Network.
